Bedroom 1 – This spacious Master bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed with a luxurious ensuite including a bath, rainwater shower & heated towel rail, walk in wardrobe, smart TV, Netflix, fan & Air-conditioning.

 

Bedroom 2 –Has a Luxurious Queen size Bed, on the ground floor, with a Smart TV, Netflix, Built in Robe, fan & Air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3 – Has 2 Spacious King Single Beds,  on the ground floor, with a ‘Sneaky’ Smart TV hidden in the built-in wardrobe, Netflix, fan & Air-conditioning. 

 

Bedroom 4 OR Rumpus Room – This versatile room can be used as either, a 4th Bedroom with a high-quality Double Size Sofa Bed. When folded out the Sofa bed is recommended for 1 Adult or 2 Children. Or folded up as a Lounge, the room can then be used as a Games Room for the kids, with a large 3 seat sofa & Chaise, entertainment unit, Smart TV & Netflix, fan & air-conditioning. Plenty of room to set up your own gaming consoles. 

Behind the Block out curtains there is access to a private Courtyard with a Clothesline located on the ground floor.
