     Lloret de Mar Villa 1001 is the house that is made in a modern design style where history and new technology are combined.

     It is located on the first line of the sea in one of the best beaches of the Costa Brava, CALA CANYELLES.

     The space

     The villa has a fantastic view over the sea and the mountains, with an infinity pool, a garden and private parking for 2 cars.

     It is located in a quiet residential area, which is ideal for families with children.

      The house has 6 bedrooms (5 bedrooms overlook the sea), and each with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. 

     It has a spacious living room area with fireplace and TV, a large fully equipped kitchen, several terraces and dining area.

ACCOMMODATION

     The Villa was built in 2019. It is very comfortably equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, barbecue, parking, WiFi Internet.

     ON THE FIRST FLOOR there is an entrance to the house, a kitchen, a large living room and dining room. 

     The living room has access to one of the terraces with an infinity pool, Jacuzzi area and spectacular sea view. 

Another terrace has a barbecue area.

     This floor has two more bedrooms.

SALVADOR DALI Bedroom.

     Located on the main floor it has access to a terrace with a pool and panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the beach. The room is equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.  The total area of the room approx 38 sq.m.

  PABLO PICASSO Bedroom

Very stylish and comfortable room with a huge bed and a TV, bathroom shower, garden view.

 

Total area of the room and bathroom is 22 sq.m

 

ON THE GROUND FLOOR there are 4 double bedrooms.

     Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower (or tub and shower), wardrobes and outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.

     All bedrooms have a unique design and are named after famous Spanish artists! Our guests will be able to learn more about the cultural history of the country.

JOAQUIN SOROLLA Bedroom 

     This room is the largest in size and bears the name of the Spanish impressionist artist Joaquin Sorolla!

     Located on the lower floor, it has access to the terrace, panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the beach. There are Jacuzzi, large TV, sofa and bathroom with shower and bidet. Total area of the room and bathroom 63 sq.m.

Bedroom RAMON CASAS

     A very spacious room located on the lower floor has access to the terrace, panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the beach.

    The room has a desk and a swing for meditation. There is a private bathroom with a shower, bidet and bathtub. The total area of the room and bathroom 42 sq. M

JOAN MIRO Bedroom 

     This room is dedicated to the Catalan artist Joan Miro, decorated in a modern style. It is located on the lower floor and has access to the terrace with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the beach. In the private bathroom there is a shower. Total area of the room and bathroom 24 sq.m.

DIEGO VELAZQUEZ Bedroom 

      This cozy room is named after one of the most famous and wonderful Spanish artists Diego Velazquez. It is designed in a classic style with a vintage chandelier and antique furniture in the bathroom!

     Located on the lower floor, it has access to the terrace, panoramic views of the sea, mountains and the beach. There is a private bathroom with shower. Total area of the room and bathroom 24 sq.m.  The top floor of the villa (service area) and an elevator.
