The amazing condo is exactly as described in the listing—clean, cozy, and well-located. While the unit is slightly farther from the elevator and the tram than some may prefer, many guests find the walk manageable, and the property is also conveniently served by the free bus system for easy access to the lifts. The heated garage is available for those who wish to use it for an additional fee, and while the QR code system works most of the time, occasionally guests may need to call for assistance—our team is always quick to help if that happens. The kitchen is compact, and the fridge is smaller than a full-size model. Guests who plan to cook or bring extra food often supplement with a cooler or the balcony, which works well for additional storage. While basic cooking tools are provided, if you need something specific - please reach out to see if it's available or can be provided. Overall, this unit is ideal for those who want a clean, comfortable place with easy access to Winter Park activities, and our team is always ready to assist with any questions during your stay!

We understand how important clear communication and smooth logistics are for a great stay. To clarify, each unit receives a unique discount code for parking, which reduces the rate to $21/day for one vehicle. We provide this code multiple times before arrival to ensure guests have it. Unfortunately, in this case, the guest did not enter the code, which resulted in the standard high garage rates meant for non-residents. We always strive to maintain our property in top condition and regret any issues encountered during a stay. If anything is ever amiss, we encourage guests to reach out so we can address concerns promptly. Our goal is to provide a seamless, enjoyable experience, and we are always working to improve communication and service.

We want future guests to know that any construction or maintenance work at our properties is always communicated as soon as we are aware of it. In this instance, the HOA began extensive work on the amenity deck without our prior knowledge, so we were unfortunately unable to notify these guests in advance. All work has since been fully completed, and the property is now back to being fully accessible. We always strive to ensure our guests enjoy their stay and, in situations like this, we take steps to address concerns as promptly as possible. In this case, the guests were compensated for their stay. While we encourage flexibility in the rare event of unexpected work, our goal is never for guests to feel inconvenienced or restricted—our hope is that they get out and enjoy their time, whether that’s on-site amenities or exploring the beautiful surrounding area. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue to improve communication and guest experiences, and we remain committed to transparency and attentive service at all times!

We want every stay to be comfortable, seamless, and worry-free. In the past, a guest experienced some issues, all of which were addressed as quickly as possible and the guest was compensated for any inconvenience. Our heating system is fully functional and keeps the condo warm even in very cold weather. Linens and bedding are maintained to high standards, with extra backups on hand to ensure everything is fresh and clean. The condo is fully stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and basic starter toiletries, and our team responds promptly to any requests. We pride ourselves on fast, responsive communication and are always ready to make your stay enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you for a clean, cozy, and relaxing getaway!
