Additional Details:

Parking: Includes one designated parking space. A second hangtag must be requested prior to arrival if needed (maximum of two cars allowed).

Policies:

No smoking.

No pets.

No trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed on the property.

Bikes must be secured in the courtyard.

Please do not move furniture between rooms or floors.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.

Guest Access:

Key code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. The villa has one parking space. If there is a potential that you will need a second space, you must contact host prior to arrival for second hangtag. NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
