The property has an impressive street appeal. It is fully secured at the front by an attractive block wall with a portico and wooden security gates with an intercom system. To the left is the double garage with automatic roller doors to front and rear of property behind which there is plenty of room to add a carport or large shed.
This really is a resort style house - to the side is a newly built shower/WC room to compliment guests using the pool. To the right is the stylish inground pool with a water feature. Beyond that is a large brick built gazebo with electric screening blinds and has fans and power. The main entertainment area is larger than usual and as you enter the property to the left is another entertainment area with a built in bar and servery going to the excellent appointed modern kitchen.
The kitchen has good quality cabinetry with a walk in pantry, stone bench tops and ample bench and storage space. It is fitted with high end appliances. Through the large lounge and dining area is the family bathroom and three good sized bedrooms all with built in robes.
To the left is the huge laundry which can be accessed also from the master suite. The master suite is almost brand new with a huge walk in robe and exquisite ensuite.
The property is fully tiled throughout and every room has split system airconditioning plus 6.6KW solar panels have been fitted to the property. The house is surrounded by well manicured gardens and there is also a shed to the rear.

We live in Cairns City and we'll be contactable before/during/after your stay on Airbnb and on our mobiles as well in case you need to contact us for a reason or another. We've been living in Cairns for over 10 years now so can recommend you good tours, 'locals secret spots', restaurants, deals, etc. Should you have any questions, we'll always be a phone call away.
The house is located in a quiet close in a quality residential neighborhood. Please respect other residents privacy and rights of enjoyment of peaceful living. There's playgrounds, shops, bars, restaurants, bottle shop and public transport close-by, all within walking distance (within 1km).

Smoking outside only with closed doors, please. Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times. Strictly no parties. No excessive noise after 9pm please. Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the daily price. COVID safety measures: before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. Please clean the BBQ (if used), a $25 extra cleaning fee will apply if BBQ left unclean.

Dont do it
Property was dirty. Dirty stained cushions I couldnt sit on outside. House dirty, rug on floor of entry disgusting. Main bedroom only has a small double bed no king as stated so was awful for someone with a injury. Overhead fan in main bedroom makes terrible noise.No compendium or information on house,wifi,where switches are for pool,or the local area. Old open food left in cupboards. Walk in robe unusable full of baby furniture cot, highchair etc. Overpriced and very dissapointing after extending holiday and coming from a beautiful house that was everything it said it was and more this was so disappointing could tell they dont care about your experience just want your money. So many great houses available in area avoid this one and dont trust the pictures there is nothing luxury about it.

A bit shocked to be honest after reading your review.
You contacted us once during your 4-night stay asking for the wifi details (which is at an obvious place) and mentioned nothing about your worries or issues. If there were parts of the property which were dirty we could have easily sent our cleaners back (as we live far away from the house) to rectify all your concerns.
The bed in the master bedroom is king size.
Ceiling fan has 3 different speed settings and if it's loud on the highest speeds please let us know (now we know) and can be easily fixed or replaced.
We didn't have any guests would have any issues or problems with finding the right switches for the house, pool, etc. and local digital guidebook is attached to the listing.
Will ask the cleaners why they stored the cot and the higchair in the walk in robe, thank you for pointing that out.
'Old open foods' like sauces, pasta, spices, oil, rice are left at the property as a matter of courtesy, vast majority of our previous guests did appreciate that and all deli foods, meat products, bakery products, perishable food, etc. are disposed - if any left there after a stay.
No, we're not aiming to take your money and not caring about your experience; we've been hosting holiday homes for years now and do take guests feedback very seriously and we've been addressing them with immediate attention, hence we would have appreciated if you had contacted us on your arrival or anytime during your stay so these issues could have been easily resolved within a few hours.
On the other hand I'm sorry you didn't fully enjoy your stay and had a bad experience overall but appreciate your feedback.
