Boasting two decks with expansive Gulf and beach views, open gathering area with beamed ceilings and built-ins galore, plus 4 private bedrooms designed for a maximizing you great night's sleep, this beach house is ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for that quintessential beach escape!
The main living area is perfectly setup for your relaxation and taking the views! You won't believe the sunrises! Choose a spot to lounge on the comfy wrap around sectional perfect for catching up with family or curling up with a good book. With walls of windows showcasing the panoramic Gulf and beach stretch, you are sure to have photos op galore!
Be prepared to enjoy the Gulf breeze, beautiful sights, and sounds from the this oceanside escape inside or out on the decks. When you’re ready to take even more advantage of this home's fantastic location, the beach is just a few steps away and calling your name. Pack up your cooler and beach cart, and hit the sand for some sun, sandcastle building and wave catching!

This beautiful community has a neighborhood swimming pool (May 1-Sept 30, closed on Tuesdays for cleaning and maintenance) in which guests may use and enjoy. It is approximately 20 miles east to Galveston's city center for many restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The beach access is just .41 mi (2182 ft) from this specific home.

Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!

Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.

Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation.
