THE LOCATIONâŠ
Located at Mile Marker 5, Key Haven is a highly coveted residential neighborhood. The location has a great balance between a secluded community yet only a short drive or Uber ride to the heart of Old Town Key West. Stock Island has plenty to offer if you donât feel like venturing into Key West proper; you can dine at Stock Islandâs famous Hogfish Bar & Grill, Roostica Pizzeria or Chico's Cantina. You can take in a round of golf at the Rees Jones designed golf course or get out on the water via paddleboard, jet ski or private fishing charter from Hurricane Hole Marina.
THE LIVING AREAS & KITCHENâŠ
MARINERâS HIDDEN HAVEN is a one-story home that offers an open floorplan with a spacious living room, separate TV area, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. Thereâs plenty of seating for your crew to gather in the living room for a game night or to watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. Directly off the living room is a home office space in case you need to work during your stay.
The separate TV area is perfect for extra privacy (or when the group canât agree on what to watch) and features comfortable seating options. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate 2 extra guests. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool needed to prepare meals from home. The indoor dining table seats six comfortably.
THE BACKYARD, POOL, & DOCKâŠ
Hidden behind a privacy fence and lush tropical landscaping, the backyard and pool area will undoubtedly be a primary gathering place for your group. Spend your days floating in the private pool, which can be heated OR chilled to your liking. Or soak up some sun in the poolside chaise lounges while listening to your favorite island tunes courtesy of the outdoor sound system. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day on the water or after the pool. Under the covered patio youâll find a full outdoor dining set and mini fridge, plus a propane grill for cooking your fresh catch. You can practically live outside all month!
Youâll also be able to keep your boat docked right out back on the 60' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, and dry storage. The air-conditioned shed offers a versatile outdoor space to store your fishing and diving gear, as well as all the items youâll need for beach or boat days. In addition, this rental home includes 2 kayaks with paddles.
