Wake up to morning coffee on the spacious front porch and immerse yourself in the natural environment. Take a stroll to view Silver Lake and take advantage of local boat rental to enjoy a day on the water.

INSIDE THE HOME
This cozy cottages comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests - main floor offers a guest room with queen bed and second guest room with two twin daybeds and twin trundle. Well equipped kitchen with custom island and built in cook top opens to dining area with large farmhouse table - plenty of space for everyone! Upper level features a spacious master with king bed and private full bath. Open landing has great hang out space with flat screen TV and additional futon.

THE LOCATION
Downtown Saugatuck is just a short drive and offers endless options for dining, shopping, breweries and entertainment. Award winning Oval Beach is located on Lake Michigan with beautiful sandy beaches and less than 15 minutes away.

PARKING
There is plenty of parking in the beautiful, secluded area around the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI is locally owned and operated. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and basic amenities. We provide 24/7 emergency maintenance and guest services.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
