Recent remodeled with granite counters, all tile floors, super fresh & new. Kitchen, decor/furnishings all stylish
High speed wifi/internet + cable, 2 flat screen TVs.
We call this "as you would expect in all ways" as remodeled & purchased specifically for short term higher end rentals, Owners have taste in achieving a really pleasant new vibe.
Bedding is king in master, then 2nd bedroom is a trundle. Queen on top that pulls out for another single under. There is a pull out couch in living room
All furniture is recent
While this is a 2nd floor unit in tower III, this means you get to avoid the elevator. Still decent view off the pool and nice patio to sip a margarita or morning cofee
Perhaps one of the nicest 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in all of Saida inside
Saida feels very safe with 24/7 security, gated entrance and included max 2 parking permits

Nuts & Bolts Info
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 8 people though 6 is rather more comfortable - and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count.
A max of 2 vehicles are allowed on property including golf carts if you park on side of road you will get towed.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the e-sign digital rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID and, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age, there ARE additional requirements & you must ask about these prior to booking
No pets * No smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions
Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, and we provide professional cleaning as well as local service. Linen & towel exchange is complimentary at our office for stays 3 nights or more
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes etc to prepare more convenient home cooked meals
Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the fold down couch, airbed, or sleeping on a couch in general
