We had a lovely stay at this home. Everything was as expected based on the photos & description. The location is perfect and close to Hershey park, other local attractions, grocery store, restaurants, etc. We would certainly stay here again if traveling to the area.

Chocolate House!

This is a lovely little house in the middle of Hershey. Proximity to everything is fantastic. The house itself is very nice, clean and perfect for a family of 6 like ours. The house is well air conditioned, and furnished. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Hershey for the attractions. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home.

This house was beautiful. I love the wood floors and the antique doors and knobs. This was a wonderful house to relax in after a long day of activities at Hershey Park and Hershey chocolate world. I would have left five Star rating, but there are no window coverings on the windows going up the staircase. Other than that, this house is perfect.

Fantastic location and great for girls’ weekend!

What a charming cozy home! All of the creature comforts in a great central location. Comfy beds, super clean, and airy and bright. Bring your sneakers to walk everywhere including restaurants, shops, the stadium, and the park. So much better than a hotel! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were here for a football showcase in Palmyra. We made a weekend of it and the house was central to everything. Super convenient to everything and clean!

Family Wedding Trip

Haf an absolutely wonderful time with my wife, our 3 adult children and granddaughter. This property was perfect! Close to everything and close to Palmyra where my family lives. Very quite at night. We will be back on our next family visit to the Hershey area!

Perfect House for Family

The house was perfect for a family with 2 young kids. It was a great location and everything we needed was a short drive away. Although the house is on a busy street, it didn't bother us (in the winter). All of the bedrooms were on the 2nd floor, which worked for us. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, the house was clean, amenities were nice and was more than suitable for our long-weekend stay. Would recommend!

Very nice property, really clise to Hershey Park attractions. Only thing I would change is in the hallway upstairs between the top of the stairs and the bathroom, please put curtains on the window for privacy. Any guests in the hotel.next door would be able to see people walking from the bathroom to their bedrooms in their underwear if they didn't cover up appropriately.

A real cozy home

The house was exceptionally clean and cozy. Lots of room to move around and enjoy convinces of home while being on vacation. Slept very well on comfortable beds with nice linens , lots of pillows, thick soft towels, a washer & dryer, our own driveway with private parking. Close to Hersey park. Great to come back to after a long day at the park better than a motel. With two teenage kids giving their experience 5 stars.. we will be booking again in the future!

Hershey Basketball Weekend

Property was just right for our weekend of basketball. Location was convenient to all of the Hershey attractions although it was on a busy road. The house was very clean and had everything we needed although we did not use the kitchen to prepare any meals so can't speak to that. Only problem was that on arrival the interior temperature of the home was only 52 degrees and the instructions for the heat were not that straight forward. I quick call to the property manager and the issue was promptly resolved. We would stay there again on a similar adventure to the Hershey area,

Great home

Its a very charming home. Antique features but newly renovated. Pros: - Beautiful home. - The most well stocked rental I've ever been in. - The host is responsive and helpful - Close to Hersheypark - Very clean Cons: - Privacy isn't quite as expected. It's next door to an inn. The kitchen window is 5 feet away from the Inn's parking lot. The basement appears to be a separate rental, but maybe its vacant. I just know that there is a locked basement door and a separate entrance. - no bathtub for kids So a B- on Privacy and an A+ on almost everything else. Would happily stay again.

We LOVED this house!

We booked this house for our family of 5(20,18,15 yr old kids). Originally it was a bit over our budget, but our trip involved a lot of car time and Hershey was at the end of our trip. We wanted something that was close to the park so that we didn't have a lot of travel to and from. We decided to splurge a bit and so glad that we did! We loved everything about it. I was worried that it was on the main road but it ended up not being a problem. We enjoyed the fact that there was an AC unit in each room. There was a heat wave while there and it was needed. We felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds could be a little more comfortable but they weren't terrible. The kitchen seemed well stocked. We only used it for some easy breakfast items. The only draw back is that we didn't have more time to spend there. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

While the house was quite cozy, well equipped, close to the Hershey Park attractions as described, there was one major problem. The house did not have a carbon monoxide detector on the first or second floor of the home. The Vrbo description for the property indicated there was one. There were smoke detectors in each bedroom and on the first floor but they are not the same as a carbon monoxide detector that detects odorless and tasteless carbon monoxide that smoke detectors do not. There are combination smoke/detectors made but that is not what was in each room. There MIGHT have been a carbon monoxide detector in the locked basement/utility area but even if there was one there, if it alarmed, it would not be heard in the second floor bedrooms. (The house is served by a natural gas meter and a gas water heater was visible through the basement window).Vrbo needs to be more vigilant in their inspection of properties they list.
