This wonderful villa with private pool located at the popular Hampton Lakes Estates has been furnished to a high standard, just minutes away from Disney. This three bedroom 2 bathroom home is conveniently located off Highway 27. With Shops and restaurants less than a two minute drive in the orange grove-filled countryside. The Highlands Reserve championship golf course across the street, and the Disney World complex just minutes away, makes this the Ideal location for hopping to attractions and back home again!
This wonderful villa with private pool located at the popular Hampton Lakes Estates has been furnished to a high standard, just minutes away from Disney.
This Hampton Lakes Villa is conveniently located off Highway 27. Shops and restaurants are less than a two minute drive in the orange grove-filled countryside. The Highlands Reserve championship golf course is across the street and the Disney World complex featuring Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney?s Hollywood Studios is but minutes away. The Ideal location for hopping to attractions and back home again!
Situated within Hampton Lakes this Hampton's Villa is one of the premier homes of Hampton Lakes. Just across the street to the Highlands Reserve championship golf course, as well as a two minute drive from shops and restaurants, and just minutes away from the Disney World complex. The great location is only one of the many features that make this a great vacation rental.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
