- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- Balcony Door Replacements & Balcony Tiling being undertaken in January, February and March 2023.
- Whilst this property is located within a hotel, it's managed externally by us. Therefore, the hotel services and amenities will not be applicable during your stay.
