Thank you for the amazing 5-star review! We love hearing that our home kept you comfortable during the heatwave with fantastic AC, a great location, and a clean, well-maintained space. It’s especially amazing that you referred two friends to our property during your stay—we truly appreciate that! The noise notification may have been triggered by the TV being played at a very high volume at night. We’ve since had the system checked and reset to make sure everything is working properly for future guests. We’re so glad you had a great stay and loved our home!

Beach chairs and beach towels are provided as listed in our home’s amenities. Umbrellas, beach carts, and coolers are not included in the listing. We’re always happy to make sure guests have a great stay and provide all amenities exactly as described. Guests planning a beach day are welcome to bring any additional items they may prefer for their time by the ocean.

Hi Michael, We are sorry to hear of your perception of our signature apartment in San Clemente. It is always our goal to ensure our visitors have an exceptional experience when staying with us and we encourage all guests to alert us immediately if there are elements that detract from the stay overall so we can rectify it immediately. We appreciate your feedback regarding the locks and as of September 23, 2022 can confirm that the batteries have been replaced and the lock is in proper working order. We have also brought your feedback to the attention of our professional cleaning team to ensure they pay special attention to the backyard areas during future cleans. We aim to provide a clean and comfortable atmosphere for all of our guests, which includes comfortable furniture, a pillowtop mattress in the Master Bedroom, a newly renovated kitchen with a large selection of supplies, and a variety of amenities such as TVs, WiFi, and ample linens and towels.

Our kitchen is equipped with thoughtfully chosen bowls and utensils that we find work well for most guests, but we’ll certainly consider adding more variety to meet different preferences. We provide a great starter package of paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper from our local stores. As for the bathroom trash can, we’ve always used the same size that works perfectly for the space. While it may not have been to your liking, we believe it’s a practical fit for most guests. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to host you again in the future
