My family came from California and had a wonderful experience staying here. Our hostess Linda was wonderful, providing us with beach chairs, a beautiful location to go to the beach and was very efficient in any questions that we had. The place was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the location too!

A hidden gem in South Hampton

We had a wonderful week at this rental. The location is very convenient to get around the Hampton (Sage Harbor, South Hampton, Water Mill and Cooper Beach). Though it is located in the residential area, the backyard is very private with a wonderful set up for the hot tub and the pool. Linda, our property manager) was very responsive and was very attentive to our requests. Overall, we had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. Some aspects of the house were better than expected some slightly worse. The location is definitely in a residential neighborhood (year round residents) so it has that feel. The pool was nicer than we thought, the hot tub would have been but it only worked 50% of the time. They charge a hefty price for the hot tub...should probably work more than 50% of the time. They sent someone over to "fix" it and he would come promptly and would indeed get it working but then it wouldn't work the next day. At the right pricepoint this would be a nice place. I'm not sure we got that pricepoint but perhaps other guests will!
