What's not to enjoy in this sleek, newly renovated cozy (approx. 784 sq. ft)

oceanfront condo with expansive views of the ocean and beach. The condo offers

accommodations for up to 6 people with a Master King bedroom, a Queen in the

second bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Includes top

grade linens and plush towels for the bedrooms. Linens and towels available

($28+tax) for the sleeper sofa for those guests that choose to use it. There

is a TV with cable in the living room as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The

kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel stove, microwave, dishwasher,

fridge, and assorted utensils, cooking supplies and dishes. A washer/dryer

combo is also in the unit.

The building has gated entrance parking for added security and parking

availability to accommodate 2 cars. Overflow parking is across the street. The

unit is conveniently located near the building's elevator. No grills or

grilling allowed for fire safety. There is an outdoor pool and wading pool

behind the complex.

Enjoy a delightful stroll on the Carolina Beach oceanfront boardwalk. It is

connected to the complex that houses Southern Comfort and boasts games,

restaurants, and the home of the famous Britts donuts. There is dining and

live entertainment within walking distance. Opportunities for outdoor

enjoyment abound!

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the

nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to

Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has to offer. You can swim in the

pools or enjoy the ocean on your private beach access. Sleep in or get up

early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp

boats. Every week in the summer, you have front row seats to exciting

fireworks displays from your oceanfront deck. There's activity on The Island

year-round!

Good view!

Great property... everything was clean and the view was great. The hot water didn't work in one of the showers so we all had to shower in one bathroom...other than that, no complaints.

Cabana at Carolina Beach

Location was great. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Only issue was there were no luggage carts to assist with check in, made it necessary for several trips back and forth. Tough for someone with a disability.

Need to remove dresser in main bedroom. Add 2nd end table and put lamps on each side of bed. Couch is starting to sag, needs replacing.

Good for adults. Bad for kids

Very clean, beautiful ocean views. We chose this location because it is walking distance to the boardwalk and it had a kid pool and pool. Well the kid pool was closed for our entire trip and they closed the larger pool after one day without explanation. There was no one in the office that could answer why it was closed. Pretty disappointing for my two children. The upstairs tenant/owner also had a dog that would not stop running around which was highly annoying as it was loud.

Disappointed!

The property was over priced. Location was fantastic however the appt/condo was disappointing. I listed 5 guests only was given 4 towels. The shower curtain in main suite had mold on it and the couch was very worn and looked dirty. The linens were nice but the bed were very had and uncomfortable. No There was 1 dishwasher tablet guess they don’t expect anyone to eat in. I would of rented a hotel if I planed to eat out everyday!Very little parking in the garage parked across the street most of the stay making it somewhat difficult with my disabled granddaughter. I’ve rented many times and would say this is the only poor review I have ever given.

It was nice being ocean front and close to boardwalk. I recommend bringing extra dishwasher tabs from home if you’re planning on cooking.
