Welcome to the Lakeside Estate on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences where you will enjoy lake living with a side of Austin cool! Enjoy ping pong as well as the full built-in bar…all with a view of the lake. There is a quiet living room just off the chef’s kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a media room with covered porch. Outdoor dining and lounge area as well as a plunge pool and hot tub are calling you outside. Enjoy the dock lounge area, the firepit by the edge of the water, a “beach” at the lake or your own pickleball court! This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat and Jet Ski tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 3 night minimum.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
