This property was MADE for large group gatherings! Probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental with regards to spices, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates and glassware.

Great Bachelor Party House

Overall great house for a bachelor party. There is a lot of space for everyone to spread out, pool and ping pong table were awesome to have, the pool was a perfect temperature. Host was very responsive. Only downside was that the lake in that area is dried up, so you can’t swim in the lake.

Coed bachelor and bachelorette party

This was the most amazing home, equipped with everything you need! The host responded fast and was accommodating, especially when we left things behind… oops! If you’re looking to do a bachelor bachelorette trip this is a great place. It was seven minutes from our boat booking with ATX party boats. It was far from downtown, but one night downtown versus quality time in the house I would choose the quality time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and beds for 15 people. Lots of fridge space, great pool area. It was 95 all weekend but the outdoor area did not feel overly hot. Paula was very responsive to any communication. Would stay here again.

Great experience

From start to finish Paula was there to assist our group with inquiries and needs. We had a group of 15 for a bachelorette party and we all slept comfortably. we enjoyed the pool area and patio/yard , the home came stocked with a lot of add ons that were not anticipated (pool floats, amp, coolers, etc). We had a great time and the location is unbeatable to the marina. i would stay here again anytime. thanks again Paula!

The best stay for a group celebrating a bride to be!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Communication with Paula was exceptional and she was so accommodating to our requests. She also provided amazing recommendations and was very responsive throughout our stay. The house was the perfect fit for a large group of women with plenty of space for getting ready. The pool was heated our entire stay. We loved spending time on the patio and outdoor areas. We took a short 5 minute drive to the marina for an awesome boat day. The kitchen was fully stocked to prep and serve an abundance of meals. The home offered a ton of fridge space for food and beverages. Highly recommend booking with Paula! Would absolutely love to return in the future!

Perfect house for group parties

We had a bachelor party at the house, and it was perfect. Lots of room in the back for games, awesome bonfire pit as well. Easily slept 10 guys.

Very Spacious

The property had a lot of space for our group of 11. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor amenities. Paula was very responsive to all of our needs and checked in throughout the stay. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to get an uber and we had to schedule ubers in advance. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Had a great time at the house. Huge space with lots of bedrooms. Fun game room and an amazing pool. Had an issue with a leak in the bottom floor ceiling, but Paula sent someone right over to fix it after I notified her of the issue.

Just what the doctor ordered

We had been looking at several properties, and this is the property we kept going back to, so after reading reviews and checking availability, we decided on this home, and I’ll tell you what! It was just what the doctor ordered. Two months before our yearly planned trip I was diagnosed with cancer and was super sad when I found out my 1st chemo treatment was the same as the stay at the house. I immediately contacted the property owner and she was so understanding, supportive and flexible that she was able to move the dates around so that we could still make the trip. My group consisted of family ranging from all ages, from the moment we walked in the whole home was so inviting and everyone was so blown away by the beauty of the property, and by all of the activities the home had to possibly entertain everyone! We were well aware that the lake might be dry but luckily it had rained and the boys were able to do some fishing. The house had everything we would need and was very well stocked. The rooms were a great size and easily fit all of our families. Everyone already wants to make plans for next year. I will be forever grateful to have been able to spend this time with my family in this home.

Amazing bachelorette trip!

We had a group of 13 stay here for a bachelorette trip and this house was everything we could have asked for! The house was clean and well kept, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more! We LOVED the outdoor pool area and it offered space in the shade for those of us who needed to escape that Texas sun. Paula was an amazing host both prior to and during our booking. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and even checked in on us midway through our stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone headed to the area!

Great stay!

I stayed here with a group of friends for a bachelor party. The house was huge and had lots of things to do. The lake’s water level was really low, make sure to check before so that it’s not a surprise. Overall, we had a blast and this place is awesome! Paula was great and communicated well. Would stay again.

If you have a large family or group, you probably wont fit anywhere else on the lake. This house is the perfect get away for family reunions or corporate outings. However, we do have a strict noise ordinance as we do have neighbors that we do not want to be disturbed.

Yard is xeri-scaped with wide variety of flowering plants, trees. Lots of birds, deer, squirrels, sometimes even a fox visits.

Pool Canyon Cove is one of few deep water coves on Lake Travis. The whole cove is no wake zone (boats idle through). Main body is a minute away and you can go skiing or boating while everyone can swim at the house in safety. This cove is the perfect spot for kayaking or paddle boarding. Feel free to bring your own.

The home is 30 minutes form downtown Austin, with shopping and restaurants 5 to 10 minutes away.

You won't find another home that accommodates large families on Lake Travis.
Invite the entire family but don't worry about being crowded in one home. This house has plenty of areas for your own peace and enjoyment. Sit on one of the outside decks and stare at the lake or wander down to the dock (about 75 yards) and enjoy the peaceful lake.
