Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We did attempt a follow-up call after your arrival to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything we could assist with, but we were only able to leave a voicemail. Had we known about the issues during your stay, we would have been happy to send our maintenance team to address the concerns. We will be sure to pass these items over to maintenance. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Perfect Getaway with Family

We stayed at the condo for a week with another family. The kids shared the bunk room. It was the perfect size and very clean! The Beach Club had all amenities we were looking for. The indoor and heated outdoor pool were perfect. In addition, the beach had white sand and was beautiful. I would stay here again! Thank you!
