Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations.
• No house parties. No groups under age 25.
• All cancellations require a 60-day written notice. A $150 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid.
