Willkommen bei Ocean Blue, der schönsten Eigentumswohnung am Meer in Myrtle Beach. Diese Luxuswohnung mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern ist eine von nur 36 Luxuseinheiten im Resort und befindet sich am South Ocean Boulevard. Dieser Komplex ist ein einzigartiges, gehobenes Resort am Meer, das eine sehr private und exklusive Atmosphäre bewahrt, aber in der Nähe von allem liegt, was Myrtle Beach zu bieten hat.

Die 2800 Quadratmeter große Residenz bietet allen Luxus, den Sie erwarten können. Die Küche öffnet sich zum geräumigen Esszimmer und zum großen Raum, alle mit erstaunlichen Ansichten des großartigen Strand-Strandes und des Atlantischen Ozeans. Die Küche ist mit Granitoberflächen ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Doppelherd, 2 Kühlschränke, 2 Geschirrspüler, ein Kochfeld, eine eingebaute Mikrowelle und alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen separaten Medienraum, in dem Sie einen Film oder ein Spiel genießen können, ohne die Aktivitäten im Hauptwohnbereich zu stören.

Unsere Einheit befindet sich auf einer Ebene (Ecke im 2. Stock) und ist für alle Altersgruppen leicht zugänglich. Wir haben keine Probleme gehabt, Rollstuhlfahrer unterzubringen. Das Gemeinschaftsbad verfügt über eine 3-Zoll-Duschkabine. Angeschlossene überdachte Parkplätze, private Innen- und Außenpools und ein Whirlpool in einem der 4 Badezimmer sind nur einige der Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie finden.

Unsere Wohnung ist ideal für große oder kleine Familiengruppen und Golfer. Wir haben fünf (5) dedizierte Schlafzimmer. Das Haupt-Kingsize-Bett ist ein "Swing King", was bedeutet, dass es in 2 Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann. Dies ist kostenpflichtig.

Aufruf an alle Snowbirds, Golfer oder Rentner! Wir begrüßen unsere Gäste, um das Leben am Meer in den Wintermonaten zu günstigen Preisen zu prüfen. Winterpreise sind jederzeit von Dezember bis März verfügbar. Bitte rufen Sie uns an, um weitere Informationen und aktualisierte Preise zu erhalten.

Entspannen Sie auf den Schaukelstühlen auf dem Balkon am Meer und lauschen Sie den sanften Wellen des Atlantiks. Spielen Sie am Strand, genießen Sie den Whirlpool im Freien oder entspannen Sie sich in Ihrem privaten Whirlpool. Schwimmen Sie im beheizten Innenpool oder im Lazy River. Nehmen Sie ein Sonnenbad am Außenpool oder machen Sie einen langen Spaziergang am Strand entlang. Schauen Sie sich einfach einen Film auf dem Großbildfernseher (einem von 6 Flachbildfernsehern) im Medienraum an.

Unsere Wohnung mietet für $ 1400- $ 5000 pro Woche, je nach Saison. Wenn Sie das nach der Anzahl der Personen aufschlüsseln, die wir aufnehmen können (maximal 14), ist das sehr vernünftig. Es eignet sich besonders für größere Gruppen oder Gruppen, die viele separate Schlafzimmer benötigen. Sie werden dieses Set NICHT in einer Hotelkette finden.

Great location, great facilities, great condo, great hosts! Our family had a wonderful time, and I hope to book another trip again. The kids’ favorite part were the pools—a nice sized outdoor pool (warm), a nice sized indoor pool (cold), a nice sized hot tub, and a very fun lazy river (warm). I don’t know if it’s like this all year, but in July /August, the indoor pool areas were open air in the direction of the beach, and the area somehow managed to stay very cool despite the heat. I loved it all, but I have to say there were a few unexpected perks that are worth highlighting:-The double refrigerator and double dish washer set up was a game changer for that many people. -The shower coming in from the beach was so thoughtfully set up—there were three hoses attached to sprayers, which made it so easy to get the sand off. -The parking garage is so convenient—the parking space is on the level with the unit, so you don’t have to deal with the elevator when you’re unloading all of your luggage. It’s tight in there for a big vehicle though, so bring your patience for parking. -The hosts were very responsive, which was appreciated (the prior guests took the parking signs, but the host helped us navigate it, no problem). -The onsite staff was very on top of things. We left a bag unattended at the pool while going to the beach, and it was scooped up and brought to lost and found. Initially a little nerve wracking—but I definitely appreciate that they are on top of security.

Wonderful place to stay with a family of 12!!! Clean rooms, lots of things to do within walking distance. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony. The owners of the condo were very informative. We had no problems at all.

This is a wonderful condo. Very spacious, good views of ocean, nice big kitchen to allows to prepare meals for a lot of people. The kitchen is well equipped. The HOA staff is a little too eager to enforce certain rules and they were inconsistent with the enforcement of the rules but this can't be controlled by this host family. The best thing I can say about this property is this, if we continue to go to Myrtle Beach in the future, we would want to come back to this condo.

Used the Penthouse but this far exceeded our expectations.

We come to Myrtle Beach every summer. We have a big group and need a lot of room. We like to stay in nice places. When we’re could find a penthouse condo we kept going to this one. To be honest we were expecting a let down. Quite the opposite. Large kitchen with everything you’d need. A nice living area and a fantastic balcony with an amazing view through the palm trees. The whole condo was just so clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It was easy to get into the condo by making our own code. The parking garage is tight but wow it’s right there with not much hauling to do. The indoor lazy rivers, the hot tub and pool all nice and not crowded like alot of condo highrises. The beach was perfect. I mean you have a nice group this condo will not disappoint. We had one small issue and boom the owner was accessible. I mean we just had a fantastic time.

Wonderful family vacation

Ocean Blue exceeded my expectations. We had a family vacation with 12 family members ranging from 2yo-88yo. The condo was perfect for everyone. The layout was very spacious for everyone. The location was great to get to all attractions, super easy access to the beach, the pool was great - never got very crowded (covered pool and lazy river were dark and water was cold). Because it is a smaller resort, we saw the same people everyday and everyone was so friendly. The kitchen is smaller, but it is very well stocked and having 2 refrigerators was GREAT, along with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers - so smart and helpful with a larger group. Parking is not bad at all. We had 5 vehicles as we were all coming from different directions, and street parking was super easy, and right out in front of the resort, so it was easy to get to when we left and it was the cheapest option at $10 a day and we did it all on an app. 2 of the cars never moved all week. The two spots in the garage were great, it is tight, but everyone understands that and is patient. I would highly recommend Ocean Blue, we will rebook again, everyone enjoyed it.

Great spot, easy access.

Amazing location, all the amenities- beach, pool, hot tub! Our kids loved it. The condo is very clean and spacious. The view of the beach is stunning. Bring your own everything, not even trash bags provided. We had trouble getting the code to work when we first checked in, it was perfect after that. Lots of beach chairs and toys provided in condo closet. It is unrealistic to have kids wear bracelets, don’t even have your kids do it. No one is checked and wristbands fall off of them.

Great condo, great location

The condo was in great shape, in a great location (just a few steps away from the beach). It was big to enough to hold all 10 of us, and it still felt large. Very clean and well maintained. The two dishwashers and refrigerators were a huge help for our big group. Highly recommend!

Great place

The condo was a wonderful fit for our family. It's a condo, but it's very spacious and has a fantastic layout. We loved the oceanside balcony, the pools, and the convenience of the location. Highly recommend this very well-kept condo for a family vacation! Additionally, Franca was very responsive any time we had any concerns (we had one small issue and she got it resolved very quickly!).

Wonderful location and view in well appointed unit

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for (other than potentially a hand mixer and a coffee grinder, but hey, those just would have been over the top!) and the 2 refrigerators with ice makes and 2 dishwashers were a bonus, as were the 2 regular coffee pots, and a Keurig. We spent many hours rocking on the porch. There were folks to rent you nice wooden chairs and umbrellas right out front on the beach, and by renting for the week they set us up with a front row nice spot each morning. The pool and lazy river was a nice alternative to the ocean some times. Comfy beds, with nice quality towels and linens. But wish we had brought our own dishtowels, as only 1 was provided. (We are big cookers.).

Beautiful Condo!

Condo was perfect size for our group and the deck had furniture enough as well. The closet with chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and sand castle gear was a hit with the Children. Only negative, the condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Perfect Location

This property is the perfect location with fantastic views of the Atlantic. We enjoyed not having to plan our day as going back and forth from the beach to the pool was super easy. The outdoor pool is small, but there’s also an indoor pool and lazy river. The parking is tight. Just FYI.. if you have a handicap placard, you can park on the street for free. Fully equipped kitchen (loved the two fridges), comfortable beds, and large seating area. The balcony was large and the rocking chairs were a huge plus!

Beach trip with family

The condo was spacious and right on the beach easy to get in and out. The grandchildren loved the beach outside pool and inside pool and lazy river. Very layed back and enjoyable week. We will be back.

My name is Franca and my husband's name is Carl. We live in upstate New York with our three active kids. Like most families, we are very busy year round, therefore, when we have time, we love to spend it together as a family, especially vacationing. There is something so calming about the seashore and the southern coast. I know when we travel to our condo, my husband and I feel like weight has been lifted and it is a slice of heaven to sit and watch the ocean and it's surroundings. We wish we never had to leave!

I'm a personal trainer and manage a small company, my husband is a CPA and we also invest in real estate on the side. I handle the majority of the management of our rental properties. During one of our trips to Myrtle Beach, we found 'Ocean Blue'. We immediately feel in love with it. We knew it was going to be the best vacation rental ever. The condo has a cozy home-like feel. It's loaded with luxurious features like granite counter tops, separate media room, huge oceanfront balcony, Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Not to mention, the kitchen is equipped with double ovens, stove top, microwave, two refrigerators and two dishwashers. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea...This is truly a unique property...
