Mountain Flair Cottage! - 5 Minute Drive to Downtown Highlands!

Mountain Flair Cottage offers a space to unwind, just five minutes from downtown Highlands. If you enjoy sitting around an outdoor fireplace or relaxing by a private pond, this is the place for you. The single level home welcomes you with several windows and an open floor plan. A wood burning fire place with comfortable seating make the living room. On the left side of the living room is a long dining table backed by double doors that open to the outdoor dining space and gas grill. To the right of the living room, the space is separated from the kitchen by a unique island with 4 bar stools. The beautifully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Just off the dining space, a sitting room allows a space to enjoy TV as well as a place for extra sleeping, with a pull out sofa. This room also has a full bathroom. The hallway from the kitchen leads to the two master bedrooms, each with king bed and en suite bathrooms. The screened deck has seating and overlooks the pond. Below the screened deck is a covered space with an outdoor fireplace and a stone walkway leading down to the pond. Beside the pond is a firepit with seating and a table with chairs.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
