The best of both worlds! Experience tranquillity with country views while being only a 3 min drive/10 min walk to the Cape Paterson beach. Indulge in the local cafe and restaurants and travel the scenic roads to places like Inverloch and Wonthaggi. Cape Paterson is a reserved town separate from the busy streets of Melbourne and boasts a life of relaxation and calmness.

The house offers 4 generous bedrooms with a variety of beds and living areas (queen beds and bunk beds), with an additional sofa bed downstairs. Enjoy the bottom floor as a place to hang out, or the top floor with a large balcony to relax and take in the views. A backyard lines the side of the house, which is pet friendly and closed off. Cape Paterson provides amazing trails and walks that make it the perfect place for pets!

Amenities include a full-size fridge, a jet spa, WIFI, gas BBQ and off-street parking with a driveway to the side of the house. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINEN - please bring your own sheets and pillowcases, doonas and pillows are provided. A laundry is available with a washing machine and dryer. A fireplace is available for the colder days, aswell as overhead fans and split-system heating and cooling.
