The Neighborhood:
The Coachella Valley is best known for the iconic mid-century modern architecture, hiking trails, and festivals. You can experience the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, National Date Festival, Palm Springs Modernism week, Desert Golf Classic, and the Indian Wells Masters Tennis Tournament. There are canyons and trails close by for novice to expert level hiking. You can meander through oasis groves of desert palms, streams and desert waterfalls at Tahquitz Canyon Trail and or Indian Canyon Trails. The home is within walking distance to magnificent shopping and restaurants on the famous El Paseo.

Other Things to Note:
The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.

Per Palm Desert City Ordinance: NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time. Any type of SOUND from any sound producing device is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. This includes music coming from the inside of the home that can be heard outside. If your neighbors can hear the noise, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

Pool Heating fee of $100 per day from October – May 31 may be added.

VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 7% cancellation fee.
