ABOVE ACCOLADE is a newly constructed, contemporary home in an exclusive Austin neighborhood will delight your group. Create memories in the award-winning kitchen and enjoy a private chef dinner with your group. Step onto the back patio to take in the stunning views while relaxing poolside. The back patio offers stunning views while relaxing poolside with your favorite beverage. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a spacious gathering area including the kitchen, living room, bar and beautiful views of the infinity edge pool and canyon. Our services team is available to help you create unique Austin experiences such as a boat day on nearby Lake Austin, a poolside margarita bar or relax with in-house massages in the Massage Room. This property is regularly set for 8 guests. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. 3-night minimum May - October.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
