Ready to relax and enjoy one of the best views on North Topsail Beach? Then we have the perfect condo for you! This condo is located at the luxurious Villa Capriani Resort in North Topsail Beach. Your family is sure to enjoy this classic beach villa, positioned on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, pools, and a wonderful view of the shore and ocean. When you arrive at the resort you will travel up the conveniently located elevator to the 3rd floor and head across the hall to the entranceway to Unit 411-B. Once inside you are greeted by a lovely foyer with stairs to the unit. Head on up and make yourself at home!

When you reach the top landing, to the right, you will find the master bedroom, complete with a wet bar and a private bath. To the left, you will find the Living room, Full Kitchen, a full bath, and the second bedroom. This unit offers a King bed and Double Sleeper Sofa in the master, a Queen bed in the second bedroom. All TVs in the unit offer cable services. A balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area is located off of the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your general cooking needs. Load up with locally grown produce, fresh-caught seafood, and all of your favorite treats so you won't even have to leave the comfort of the condo! A full-size washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. Enjoy all of the conveniences of home, such as wireless internet and cable TV, while looking out at the beautiful Atlantic Ocean view from the plush living room. The 4th-floor Villa Capriani units offer an extraordinary unobstructed view that you won't find anywhere else.

The Villa Capriani Resort offers true Topsail Island luxury. With many onsite amenities and private guest accommodations, this resort is for vacationers who really want to relax and enjoy their time on the beach. A tennis court is available for resident and guest recreation across the street from the complex. An onsite restaurant is also available to treat yourself to a special dinner. Three swimming pools and three hot tubs are available to guests in the central courtyard of the complex. The beach access is located just beyond the largest central pool on the ocean side of the courtyard. Two cars are permitted per property, and parking permits will be issued upon check-in. Parking around the complex is limited, but additional parking is across the street by the tennis court.
