Beautiful home and well appointed!

This home has everything you need from roomy bathrooms to every kitchen appliance possible! Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed the late October sun on the comfortable lounge chairs. Will definitely book again.

Great house and location!

This house was fantastic! Loved the pool and hot tub on the beautiful patio; the kitchen met every possible need; and the house was immaculate. We were able to walk to the restaurant area and the beach and appreciated the quiet well-kept neighborhood. our questions were answered promptly and the house instructions were very clear. Amazing House!!

Our family spent a week in this amazing home. The pool provided so much entertainment for my young family, it was hard to get them to leave and explore the beach. The beach and restaurants are all within walking distance. The home is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. We could not have asked for more!

Beautiful perfect house

We had a wonderful vacation at La Casa Azul. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy with family and friends. Comfortable kitchen, with everything you need to prepare meals. Spacious rooms with quality bedding. Full bathrooms with top quality fixtures. The house is very very spacious, which made it practical to tidy up and gave space for my children to play. The exterior with a wonderful pool, a grill to cook outside, tables to sit and enjoy the outdoors and a landscaping of beautiful palm trees. We had a very good stay and we would choose it again. Many thanks to Tanya for helping us via whatsapp with everything we needed.

An absolute gem

This house was exceptional. It had everything we could possibly need! It was immaculately clean, the location was walking distance to the beach and center of town in Lauderdale-by-the-sea and, most importantly, it was incredibly comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home, only much nicer than any home I could otherwise afford :) On top of its idyllic setting and interiors, the owners were always readily available and accommodating. We had some brief trouble with internet after a severe storm and they reached out proactively and addressed the problem quickly. The customer service was really outstanding. We already look forward to going back.

Spectacular Vacation Home away from Home!

Can't say enough about this beautiful vacation home. Even nicer than than the photos if you can believe it. Super high ceilings give the home this grand feeling. Top notch kitchen appliances (even ice maker) and gorgeous furnishings and the most comfortable vacation beds we have ever slept in. It is truly all the comforts of home away from home. We had some very minor issues such as outdoor ceiling fans not working properly a broken beach umbrella and the the team at By the Sea vacation villas was very responsive and quick to resolve. Home was super clean and had this fantastic scent each time we entered the home. Also the quality of the AC was great! Even had high end washer and dryer to freshen up clothes and towels. What a huge perk. Truly only small issue would be to have a secondary fridge to store beverages since fridge space is on the smaller side. Other than this absolutely amazing home rental! Would definitely rent again and other homes managed by By The Sea. You can tell the owner takes great pride in ensuring the guests have a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Fantastic home in a superb area!

We stayed for 1 week in August at Casa Azul as a family of four, two adults and two teenagers. Where shall I start - the house is unbelievable and we all fell in love with it as soon as we arrived. The home is so clean and spacious, the beds are huge and so comfy, the bathrooms are superb with great powered showers, the kitchen is a great size with all appliances you could possibly think of, the lounge and dining areas are beautifully decorated with comfy chairs and there's loads of storage space throughout the property. The outside area feels secluded with plenty of chairs to dine and relax outside. The pool was the icing on the cake, great size and perfect temperature with the added bonus of a spa area. To be honest we spent hours in the pool all playing like little kids again!! The house is situated down a cul-de-sac and is very quiet with no traffic. Even though their are neighbouring properties it was so quiet and relaxing you felt all alone. There are great shops, bars, restaurants and beach all within a 5 minute walk. Also the Lauderdale area is a 10 to 15 minutes drive with more shops and restaurants. Corresponding with the owners was first class and getting into the house was very easy and hassle free. I could on and on about what a brilliant holiday home this is and would highly recommend the home to families and couples. We all had wonderful time and would love to stay at Casa Azul again.

wonderful family vacation

Very clean and modern design as shown in photos. Kitchen had great appliances. Very responsive communication. If anything was missing or not working someone showed up immediately. This is is a managed property and did not have the kitchen staples like some places (it did have some olive oil, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar). However grocery stores are near by. Walked to the nearby town and easy to walk to the beach. There were some beach chairs and cart for our use which was great. We had the pool/spa heated, and it was a very comfortable temperature and easy to use. Bathrooms were modern with really nice showers. We did not see the basket of board games that is in one of the closets until we were checking out - we would have used those and great that they are there! We had a few issues with mosquitos in the backyard in the evening but that is expected. Two car spots in the driveway (garage is for owner use). There is a high end, all natural scent infuser that is attached to the housing system which was causing one of us some problems with migraines but the management was able to disconnect it. Overall really clean, modern place which our young adult kids enjoyed with us and very responsive management team.

First and foremost, working with Tanya from By the Sea Vacation was beyond any expectations. Prior to the trip, I'd mentioned that I was unwell and uncertain of the house we had planned on staying. When we arrived to the house, as it was as beautiful as the descriptions and pictures, I simply could not stay there due to my illness. Tanya was the most supportive, helpful and generous person and she found Casa Azul. This house is absolutely breathtaking. Regal, glamorous and drop dead gorgeous is what I can say. The house was immaculate and I believe the initial house was as well- so BTSV takes incredible care of their properties leaving them cleaner than any Ritz or Four Seasons. The house was true to the pictures but the aesthetic beauty once there is beyond what photos can implore. I mentioned that I would purchase a Keurig since I noticed the residence provided a standard coffee maker and Tanya purchase the top of the line for Keurig machines. That aside, the house was stocked with brand new filters, Equal and brand new mugs. The entire kitchen was immaculately stocked with all the essentials- including an abundance of spatulas for the 6 or 8 top stove which was WOLF quality. The dishes and glassware, the silverware- everything was conveniently stored in top rated cabinetry. Storage for the kitchen if one were to rent is enough for 3 sets of china and then some. The televisions- particularly the one in the grand open concept living area was the size of my whiteboard I use for teaching! It was huge and the options to view shows unending. They use YouTube live and it was easy to navigate and the sofa and chairs from which we sat, were stunning. Four navy blue velvet rotating club chairs and a large, comforting sofa neatly clothed in a slip cover to ensure longevity of what lay beneath made reading an absolute joy. The pool with its luxurious chaises and expansive seating area for lunch, work or simply relaxing- coupled with the immaculate scenery of Palm Trees and hedges made relaxing as natural as breathing. All in all, Tanya and her team were accommodating to the utmost of possibility- regardless of the grief we caused in our initial rental, and a remarkable time was had. I couldn't recommend this house and its proximity to the shoreline any more than: if you rent it, you'll surely consider purchasing! Thank you for a fantastic time and for your extensive and patient correspondence to ensure our happiness. We are over the moon from such a magnificent experience.
