The living room seamlessly flows into the kitchen, where a dining table for six awaits, complemented by granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for four.

Adjacent to the living room, the primary bedroom beckons with its luxurious amenities, including a king bed, TV, gas fireplace, and access to the deck through sliding glass doors. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Across the living space, the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the deck, while a bonus room opposite features another queen bed, a pull-out sofa, and a convenient desk area.

Descend to the lower level to discover a cozy family room equipped with a TV, fireplace, ample seating, and a versatile pool/ping pong table for entertainment. The second master bedroom awaits, complete with a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and deep jetted bathtub. Access the lower deck from either the family room or second master bedroom, then follow the steps down to the outdoor firepit nestled beside the serene pond.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
