Hi Jeanette, I am sorry you encountered a few problems during your stay. The only contact I can recall is the issue you encountered with the DVD that I tried to resolve by msg, but you said that my instructions were not working. The DVD player was functioning on my arrival at the property after your stay. The state your party left the property in after your stay makes it hard to believe that cleanliness was forefront of your minds…but I will speak to my cleaners regarding your concerns. Thanks Paul

Hi Catherine, thank you for the review. The fridge was in working order when I last inspected the property 2 weeks ago, so I will need to find what repair is needed. In the same vein the furniture was all in good working order when last inspected. I will look into these issues this week. The house was deep cleaned prior to the holidays and the cleaners have been doing their utmost to maintain the cleanliness given the short time between bookings. I gather that given your decision to extend the stay, the grubbiness you mention did not deter you. As mentioned in our conversation prior to your stay, I always remind guests what they need to bring and if you have questions, i.e tea towels, that you can message or call. There are 20 tea towels along with toilet paper and tablets etc in the cupboard above the fridge, or they could be washed and dried in the machines provided. Regards Paul
