The kitchen is fully equipped with all what you need (pots, pans, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher...). The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom attached. Going up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. The next room will have two twin beds with their own private bathroom. The home does come with a loft area upstairs. Your reservation gives you free access to the clubhouse (gym, pool, spa, game room). You will love the surroundings. The subdivision is an eco-friendly place (solar powered street lighting...). And it is so close to the stores (5 min drive) and to Disney (18 min drive). You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.* *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
