A great favourite for many years, the Kentucky House @ Cowan Cowan is back for holiday rental. Located in a quiet area at the back of town, with bush views, and a two minute walk to the Cowan Cowan beach, is just perfect.
Sit back and relax on the covered deck, and enjoy the quietness, be greeted by the bird life from time to time, and enjoy.
Downstairs has the main living areas, kitchen, lounge area, dining area, and two bedrooms, laundry and separate toilet and shower. Upstairs is one bedroom with an ensuite with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove top/oven, plenty of cooking utensils, there is a bbq on the deck to enjoy a great night catching up with friends.
We welcome past guests back, and many new guests to experience this great home.
This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
