As music lovers, we wanted our stylish new house to pay homage to Music City’s Country Music icons with chic bedroom decor in their honor. Guests will clamor to “call dibbs” on the Dolly Room, the Cash Room, the Patsy Room, the Loretta Room, the Willie Room, and the Hank Room! With 2.5 spa-like bathrooms including a master bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub and walk in shower. Welcome to The Icon House in East Nashville!

Your group, family or party will enjoy the best Nashville has to offer from this stylish, brand-new home that sleeps up to 12 guests. Set in the heart of East Nashville (dubbed one of the top 12 coolest hoods in the USA) guests will enjoy world-class dining and some of the hippest bars in town within minutes of your doorstep!

Our brand new home has 4 bedrooms with a second story shared space. There are a total of 8 beds complete with brand new Hampton and Rhodes pillow top mattresses. Here are the room breakdowns:

After award-winning craft cocktails 3 blocks away at Holland House or a 10 minute Uber ride to the famous Honky Tonks on Broadway, you’re guaranteed to sleep comfortably at The Icon House!

The Icon House features an open floor plan perfect for group and family hangouts or a cozy getaway. The main floor includes a sprawling living area, large lounging sectional and armchairs, a wall-mounted Roku Smart TV with Hulu streaming television services, an open dining area with seating for 8 with additional seating for 3 at the counter bar off the full kitchen. The main floor continues with a half bath, office with queen bed and king master bedroom with Roku Smart TV, master bath featuring a double vanity, luxurious soaker tub, shower, and Carrara marble flooring.

The second story opens to a spacious living area with 3 twin beds and 3 additional private queen bedrooms that share a beautiful, full bathroom with marble countertops, soaker tub, and shower.

Enjoy all the finest amenities of home with sparkling new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer, Carrara marble countertops, and hardwood throughout. Huge windows flood The Icon House with natural light and views of our giant front yard and private, fully-fenced back yard!

We want your stay at The Icon House to be personal and uninterrupted. Come and go with your personal entry code so you have total privacy and check-in convenience and we'll stay out of your way. With that said, please don't hesitate to contact us for anything!

Please feel free to utilize the messaging system for any questions or needs. We also proudly utilize Nashville's own Nestive 24-hour concierge service for any issues or questions that may arise during your stay. The number for the Nestive concierge service will be provided upon check-in.

All events or parties must be approved by us. We love to have fun too--just keep us in the loop about your plans!

The Icon House is located in one of the hottest parts of East Nashville and the best part about it is it's walkability! You'll love how close you are to all of the newest East Nashville eats and drinks! People flock from all over town for tacos, hot chicken, craft cocktails, gourmet burgers, brunch, local beer, and coffee...you have access to it all under a mile and tons of it is a short 3 blocks from your doorstep! The famous Honky Tonks on Broadway, The Country Music Hall of Fame, Tennessee Titans' Stadium and more are a quick 10 min Uber away (2.2mi, $6)!

Uber and cabs are everywhere! Parking at The Icon House is simple as well. We provide 2 parking spots on our driveway and there is ample FREE street parking in the front and on side of the house.

## Notes

*Early check ins and late check outs are available for $100 each and can be accommodated on a case by case basis depending on availability. The charge goes towards rescheduling and rushing the cleaning crew for the lost time but is totally doable! Just divide among the group and stay a while longer if possible.
