This 3 bedroom home is an open concept design with a spacious Kitchen, Living and dining room. The outdoor features a pool bathroom, dining, Chaise lounge chairs, swimming pool, fire pit, and a custom built-in grill, as well as a shaded lounge area under the pergola.

The home is beautifully styled in mid-century modern décor and bright color accents. The fully equipped kitchen is a chefs delight and a perfect in kitchen bar with stools for a morning coffee and reading. The oval dining table that seats 6, opens into the living room. Unwind on the full-length sofa, or in the chaise lounge chair in front of the flat screen TV and the gas fireplace.

Glass doors open this area to the outdoors, where multiple seating areas offer a seat in front of the pool or around the fire pit. Also, for a fun afternoon visit, enjoy the Speak easy inspired lounge complete with a sofa, two chairs, large screen TV and a retro bar.

This bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and a wardrobe. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom 3 that has a combo bath and shower.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom also features a king bed, smart TV, and a vanity mirror. This bedroom shares the bathroom with bedroom 2.

This home has a full laundry room with washer and dryer and large sink.

The back yard space gives a sense of total privacy, yet the home is only a few minutes away from the downtown restaurants, bars and shopping in the Uptown area. Golf courses and hiking trails and shopping are only minutes away.
