The Space:
This simple 2-bedroom cottage offers a modest and functional place to stay. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV for relaxation. A dining area sits just off the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator—ideal for preparing basic meals.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds for a comfortable night’s sleep, and the shared bathroom includes a tub for convenience.

This cottage is a straightforward, no-frills option for travelers looking for a clean and practical space to relax after exploring the area.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home. Outdoor spaces and parking is shared with guests of other units.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

The laundry space is shared between all units.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
