Utilities: Guest agrees to pay ALL costs above $250 per month for combined gas and electric use during the term of the rental and authorizes these charges to be billed to the credit card on file. Copy's of utility bills will be presented to guest prior to any charges being billed. A refundable $1000 utility deposit will be billed to the card on file on day of arrival and any outstanding utility charges after departure will be deducted from the utility deposit if necessary. Any remaining balance of the utility deposit will be refunded in full within 15 days of payment of final utility bill.

Please note there is no security fencing around the pool and spa so this home may not be suitable for small children and non-swimmers
