This property does not nor has it had bedbugs. We are very confused because we did not hear from you during your entire stay. We have had zero reports of bedbugs after your checkout. We are sorry to hear you picked up bedbugs but they did not come from this property.

Beautiful views from wrap around windows and balcony. Kitchen was great. Bathrooms were great. Everything was clean. Extra bedroom with single bed with trundle makes it difficult if you want to bring another couple with you. Main bedroom had a comfortable bed. I would suggest doing something different to cover the main bedroom windows/patio door. The very light vertical blinds did nothing to cover the huge windows. It was unpleasantly bright very early. I suggest blackout curtains.The building was well maintained and close to beach and Pegleg'.We would absolutely visit again.

Perfect place! View from the massive wraparound terrace cannot be described! We spent more time out there than in the unit! Quiet location…never heard another tenant while in our unit. MASSIVE community pool…gotta be the largest on the island!! We used it on double red flag days and in the evenings. Super conveniently short walks to the beach and Peg Leg’s(one of our favorite local restaurants) We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was as advertised. A but bit dated but clean and comfortable with amazing 270 degree views of the back bay, West end of the island, and the gulf. We didn't mind being a short drive or long walk from the town and beach center.

Perfect spot

Great location with nice views of the beach and bay from the balcony. Very short walk to store, restaurant and beach. Nice quiet location but just a quick drive to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Condo was immaculate and just as shown in the pics. We will definitely be back.

Our Stay

Absolutely loved this place. Quiet on the bayside with the beach right across the street. 1 mile from Pensacola Beach and all the restaurants. Place is every bit as nice as the pictures. I’d stay here again next time I come to Pensacola.

Great spot with friendly owners on property

Itrips got us an early check-in. Great views, A/C was really good. A really good choice if not staying directly on beach.

Great property. Been coming to Pensacola for years now and this was probably my absolute favorite property that I've stayed it. Great location and awesome views.
