• Unauthorized pets downstairs: $1000 fine plus cleaning fees.
• Damage caused by pets: Additional charges apply.
• Security System: The home is equipped with a security system and 3 outdoor surveillance cameras to monitor the number of overnight guests.

The owner uses this home part-time but is only an hour away and can drive out if needed.

1. Master Tub Notice:
• The master tub is not operational. Please do not use it, as it will cause leaks.
2. Outdoor Food Precautions:
• Do not leave food outside. Bears and other wildlife are common in the area and may be attracted to it. While there’s a neighbor on one side, the other side of the property is bordered by wild, undeveloped land.
3. Restricted Areas:
• There is a shop located at the back of the property that is strictly off-limits.
4. Pack and Play:
• If you’d like the pack-and-play set up prior to your arrival, let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
5. Thermostats:
• The A/C thermostat is located near the king bedroom.
• The heat thermostat is located by the dining room bench.
6. Guest Limit:
• The reservation includes up to 12 guests. For additional guests, a fee of $40 per person per night applies.
7. Breakfast Option:
• Breakfast is available for an additional fee of $25 per person per night.
8. Cooling Details:
• While there are no air vents downstairs, the house is equipped with a 5-tonne A/C system that effectively cools the entire home.
