7 night minimum rentals, Sat. to Sat. only during the peak season. 3 and 4 night stays available during shoulder and off seasons at reduced rates. Dogs are considered. No smoking is allowed. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property for multi-week bookings.
