The main home features a perfectly decorated main space that recalls the charm of traditional Cape Cod. On the first floor you will find the open kitchen / dining / living area, the master bedroom and a full bath. On the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with waterfront balcony access and another full bath. The fourth bedroom and full bath are on the second floor of detached outbuilding and are accessed by an outdoor staircase; inside you will find a lovely little suite with a tidy kitchenette. The main home has central AC while the guest house has a separate AC unit to keep you cool on those warm summer nights. Spacious private yard plus outdoor shower completes this special setting.
