PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Los Cabos Municipal Government charges to all visitors the amount of $79.20 PESOS (APPROX $4 USD) per room, per night. The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to refund for any construction related issues during the month of September.
