It’s little surprise that Villa Caribbean Breeze is a case of truth in advertising. Thanks to its location, above Anse des Lézards bay, the luxury rental property has a sunny terrace that is kept comfortable by the trade winds. And inside, the style is as relaxed and as cool as a gentle island breeze—high vaulted ceilings, a colour palette full of soothing blues, and a traditional yet timeless St. Barth style.

Villa Caribbean Breeze is spacious and airy inside, but the outdoor areas are what make it truly special. The large, covered stone terrace is a perfect place to enjoy life outside while staying protected from the elements. It has living and dining areas for enjoying those breezes.

The house is integrated into the landscape so that you feel very connected to the rocky cliff below and around the property. There is also nice greenery in front and in the back of the house, and the good-size pool has an unobstructed ocean view.

The central pavilion contains a large open living room, fully equipped kitchen (separated by an island) and dining table. This is an area for pure socializing and quality time with the ones you love, as there is a separate, air-conditioned TV room between the living area and the master bedroom.

The other two bedrooms are behind the living room. Each of the three bedrooms has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
