We had such a great time in Cusco! We are a family of four, 2 adult children and the place was perfect. It was super clean and comfy.The host had great communication and helped connect us with tour guides and drivers. There is a small market and laundry across the street to stock up on snacks and get your clothes washed. Both didnt take cards so make sure you have local currency on hand.Make sure to drink the tea, altitude sickness is real!Enjoyed walking to many places and taking ride shares back.

The place was nice and clean but the hot water was a huge problem. The company kept saying it was our fault, we had to turn the tap on and off 3 times. We tried their suggestions and nothing. All we got was absolutely freezing water. I had asked to be compensated by say a free night or some money off the state and just was completely ignored. I would not stay there again.

I booked because ad said 3 Bathrooms

Large apartment. Only 2 bathrooms, did not know until we were there. Manager said none of the apartments have 3 bathrooms. One smelled terribly of sulfur. Hot water is not consistent. Staff was extremely friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. Rooms are noisy, can hear neighbors and barking dogs. Bring earplugs, we have been told this is normal.

Great place for big family or if travelling with friends

Close (20-25 min) walk to plaza and San Pedro market. Cab ride only 6 soles. Bring thick socks--floor is cold. Front desk very accommodating. Will arrange or recommend everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Place is secure. Doorbell access to get in. I'd definitely come back.

Beautiful, clean, well-located with attentive friendly staff

The apartments here look just as good as - or sometimes even better than - the pictures. It's an immaculately cared-for place. The apartments are roomy and well-furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable and warm. It's maybe a 15-minute walk from the center of Cusco but not as far to San Blas. We walked there almost every evening for dinner. And walked all over town too. It's slightly elevated so has great views overlooking the city. We did not miss being closer to the center. We were able to get there easy enough by walking (or a cab ride for about $1.66) and enjoyed being in a real neighborhood not overrun with tourists. Everyone who we interacted with who works there was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple (usually fruits, juice, bread, jam, coffee) but delivered and set-up in our room every morning. We didn't locate the heater, so the apartment was cool, but ok, and as I say, the beds were quite snuggly. The bathrooms too were clean and beautiful with plenty of on-demand hot water!

We were at this property for 6 nights. The bathroom sink was leaking and they didn't fix it for 4 days. Hot water in the shower was a major problem. We had to call the front desk many times to fix it. And once we got the hot water the temperature kept fluctuating and water pressure kept changing. I burned myself the 1st day because of that. Also, the bed sheets didn't look clean at all and they didn't change it over the 6 days. They changed the towels first 2 days and after that they didn't. The cleaning lady left our dirty towels as is. She picked it up from the floor and spread it all on the sofa. We had to call the front desk to have them exchange it. Same thing with cleaning the apartment, they did it the first 2 days and after it was left dirty. They only fixed the bed. The bedroom doors were super noisy when you open and close them.The soap and shampoo was worst than motel quality. Overall, we didn't like the property and if I had the option to cancel it I would of done it on the 1st day. We would of enjoyed our vacation more if we stayed at a better place.

Cusco is cold

This is actually a hotel with apartments, not the typical Home Away residence. It is attractive and the beds are comfortable. There is a large screen television in the living room. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of hot water in the showers (there are no baths). The kitchen was woefully under-furnished; we actually had to buy a cheese grater, a large pot and a large bowl, since we like to do most of our own cooking. The stove and refrigerator were small but fine, and there is a microwave and electric kettle. We asked for a large knife and cutting board, but never received one so we had to cut on the counter with little steak knives. There is no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. Being a hotel, there was daily maid service and a nice breakfast was offered. The front desk was always staffed, so there was an added layer of security (although Cusco is very safe). Staff was friendly and helpful, making transportation arrangements and reservations at tourist sites. The hotel is located in a nice residential area, far enough away from the plaza to offer some calm, but close enough to be within walking distance. Taxis are ubiquitous and cheap. The only real negative about the hotel is that it was freezing. We went in June, the winter, and were told that it was unseasonably cold that year, but Cusco has no indoor heating. We were supplied with a small electric heater (the one that looks like a radiator and heats internally sealed oil), but it was of little help. We enjoyed mostly sunny days and it was very pleasant walking in town after about 9:00, but the apartment never really warmed up and we were always wearing at least three layers of clothes, including coats, inside the house. We were only warm in the shower and under the covers, which were, thankfully, warm. Be prepared.

Friendly Staff, Spacious Apartment

It was an amazing stay. The apartment was spacious( definitely more space than you would ever need!). The staffs were friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. A convenience store and a laundry is located right outside. I would definitely recommend this place. They had hotwater 24x7, which is difficult to find in the city. One thing to note is as with everywhere in Cusco the nights are chilly and heating inside apartments are not efficient.

This was a good place for a night or two, but kind of far from anything we really wanted to do. Comfy and clean though!

Great spot close to Plaza de Armas

Nice and clean

The property is well maintained and the owner David is so personalized .He helped us fell comfortable at the house and provided us what we needed. Overall, it was a great stay.

BUENA ESTADIA FAMILIAR

Estuve con mi familia por 7 días y tuvimos la comodidad que ofrecen y la vista desde las habitaciones fueron muy bonitas. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme si viajo en familia. Gracias por el servicio. Éxitos y bendiciones.
