Great property!

We were very happy with this condo--the view is gorgeous and the location is great! The condo is well equipped and the beds are super comfy. The manager of the property was very helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Golf trip stay

Property worked out great for our golf trip. The condo had all the necessities and had a beautiful view of the course it located on. Robin, the property manager, was great to work with.

The Train

The condo was very clean and convenient to the pool. The only surprise was the close proximity to the rail road tracks which we learned to live with. Overall, a great place to vacation

The house was spacious and cozy. It had beautiful views all around and very close access to a pool. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The only thing I would advise people of is if you are a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs because there is a train that goes by very close by and it is loud. Wonderful stay!

We loved this house!

We loved this house! We stayed for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view of the golf course is perfect. The house is spacious, clean and quiet. We especially liked the enormous showers in both bathrooms. The fireplace was a nice touch. Robin was fantastic. She was always very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay for us.

We loved this house! We stayed for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view of the golf course is perfect. The house is spacious, clean and quiet. Hi Steve, thanks for letting us know about your booking experience. The owner wanted to share the following: We are deeply sorry we had to cancel your booking before your check-in. The safety of our guests is our top concern. Due to an upstairs water leak that caused the bathroom ceiling to cave in, the property was not safe for anyone to be in during that time. For security reasons, your reservation had to be canceled. We go above and beyond for all of our guests to ensure the home is in top shape for their stay!

Fantastic patio

This location is beautiful! The grounds were kept so nicely and the gate staff were always friendly. The unit itself was comfortable with 2 primary suites - one at the front and one at the back. The decor and furniture was dated but comfortable. The patio was amazing! What a wonderful way to start your morning with a coffee and that beautiful view of the golf course! There is a pool directly out the back and then more located throughout the property. The only downsides would be the heat of the pools - only heated starting mid November. Another thing to note would be that there is a train that goes by which is quite loud. We weren’t bothered by it as we had a fan going for some white noise.

The Perfect place to stay

The experience was wonderful. We were were met by our contact person Robin who was already there when we arrive. She answered all our question and showed us around and made sure we understood the working of the unit. Durning out stay we had a question and we emailed her and she got right back with us immediately. The condo has a beautiful view at the back and your just a a step away from the pool .The patio is complete with nice chase lounges, table for eating outside a great BQ and lots of umbrellas for shade. The kitchen is complete with everything , you ice maker in refrigerator and another ice maker on the counter so plenty of ice for Margaritas. Beds are great in the both rooms, lots of tv’s and washer in dryer in laundry room. We loved this unit

We rented the property especially for the location on the golf course with the relaxing looking patio and went above our budget with an extra $300 in property fees. We were quite disappointed when we went to sit outside at the patio table and found it was extremely dirty, as were the lounging chairs. The BBQ was not in working order either as per the reviews, so we ended up cooking our food on the stove. When I called the property manager Robin, she told me the housekeepers had been there prior to us coming. I explained to her I did not think they had cleaned outside because everything was filthy and I had to wipe and spray all the outside furniture down myself. I do not feel that I should have to clean if I am paying that much in fees. She told me that the desert was known for its winds but the funny part was, we were on the golf course with sprinklers so not sure what she was talking about. The fact is, if you are going to be charging high “property fees of $300” and then you are asked to take the garbage out, pick up the towels, run the dishwasher, and then have to clean the dirt off the patio furniture then what is the $300 for? In that regard I was really disappointed. The only compensation she offered was a later checkout. The one thing we liked was the location to the community pool. It was great and we were able to enjoy the desert nights. Customer service should be top priority these days with price hikes. I did not feel that was the case in this instance.
