Condo 75-1 is a beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch - Ventana del Mar, right on the beach. This comfortable condo has been designed and furnished to make your stay relaxing.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a tub, shower, and his-and-her sinks with unobstructed private beach views. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a separate bathroom featuring a shower and floor-to-ceiling marble tile. Both bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs with Roku Systems.

The kitchen features elegant high-end GE stainless steel appliances including a super-quiet dishwasher, granite countertops, and an island with counter stools.

The back patio facing the private beach has new patio furniture to enjoy your view of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, beach, pickleball courts, pools, spas, golf, ATV rentals, beach volleyball, or clam digging. Free high-speed internet is available at the condo and at each restaurant in the gated community. A powerful air conditioner/heater makes this rental suitable any time of year.

This rental comes with 4 pool passes only (children 15 and under free). NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
