Steps to the BEACH Las Palmas Condo # 1

Las Palmas San Felipe vacation rental condos are popular with families and friends seeking beachfront rentals with unencumbered 180 degree views of the Sea of Cortez.  These rentals are literarily steps to the beach.

Condo #1 is on the first floor, and features 2-bedroom with sleeping arrangement for 6 guests. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds.  There is also one sofa bed.  You may chose to bring an air-bed for two additional guests which would bring the maximum occupancy to 8 guests. If you will be up to 8 guests, please review the sleeping arrangements to decide if you need to bring an air-bed. Internet available in home.

The spacious terrace out-front overlooking the Sea of Cortez is perfect for entertaining day or night.  Because of our neighbors, guests need to the mindful of the noise level.   This is the spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Sea of Cortez. You have to see the sunsets to believe.

Please note that occupancy limit includes adults and children.

This rental has no garage parking.  Only street parking available.

Monthly rentals - Utilities extra!

Towels are not included with this rental.  Guest bring all towels.
