The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with an attached full bathroom, decorated with lively colors and vibrant floor tiles. The second bedroom includes a work desk and sitting area with a queen bed, ideal for kids or adults. The laundry room doubles as a third bedroom with a twin bed, and the main living area offers a full-size pull-out couch — comfortably sleeping 6-8 guests. This San Felipe Vacation Rental boasts a lovely rear porch for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying meals under the Baja sun. The home is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort, and tastefully decorated with satellite TV and a DVD player.

As a resort resident, you'll have access to two swimming pools, six tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a private beach, and three on-site restaurants. Golf lovers will appreciate the famous Las Caras de Mexico golf course right within the community, complete with a beautiful clubhouse serving great food and drinks. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away, and downtown San Felipe's Malecon is an easy 15-minute drive. Monthly rentals are available — utilities are additional, and a utility security deposit is applied to the last month's rent. Check-in is 3PM-8PM.

This rental comes with four pool passes only. Only adults require pool passes. Kids 12 and under do not need a pool passes. Pool passes are issued by the resort office between 8AM - 4PM only. If you arrive after 4PM, you will not be able to use the pool until the following day...after picking up your pool passes.
