Sea Watch 1117 is a three bedroom (den), two-bathroom BEACHFRONT condo with a furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! It comfortably sleeps up to eight people.
The living room is furnished with a couch, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The 3rd. bedroom/den has two twins and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Fantastic condo

The condo was bright and airy. Clean and provided the necessary cookware and linen for our stay. Unfortunately, a couple of us needed to work intermittently, and the WiFi bandwidth didn’t support it; had to use hotspots. Lastly, the DirecTV signal was unreliable (certainly not the condo or VRBO responsibility.)

Check in after a 5 hour drive to Shoreline properties was slightly troubling as we arrived 30 minutes before the 3:pm check-in we were told to come back later. I did a short erand, arrived back at SP at 2:45 to which we were checked in immediately...can't understand what the 15 minute difference is...If they had taken care of the registration at the 2:30 time and asked me not to enter before 3:pm I would have honored that request knowing that cleaning crews have to get the job done to ready for my stay. Is that asking too much? If everyone walks in at 3:pm, I suspect there to be a lot of anxious people in a lobby waiting their turn.Room was as depicted on the VRBO site with all amenities as stated. As I have vacationed at Sea Watch prior (& parking was included in the price previously) I noted that parking was provided but was taken aback that this time there is a 75 registration fee, not hateful, but being a previous guest felt a bit blind-sided.Room was fairly clean, however not cleaned thoroughly as we had to wipe things off counter, sink had debris in it, and there was lego bricks & discarded small trash under the couch & chairs (lego bricks, receipt, wrapper), so I am suspect of the thoroughness of the room clean.Good stuff...room was more than well represented, view of beach, and the ability to go to elevators (with 6 available never a long wait except in parking garage - 1 elevator w/heavy use at check-in). Walk to beach - quick & easy, rest rooms near rear.
