The house includes 8 beach bikes so you can conveniently get around the expansive resort community. You can also enjoy a free credit towards rental gear through Vacayzen! Credit amount varies on the length of stay to use on items such as bikes, beach bonfires, kayaks, tours & experiences, and more!

As you enter the home you’re greeted by the open-concept family room, dining, and kitchen area that stretches throughout the bottom floor of the home. This family-friendly layout is perfect for enjoying time with all your friends and family. You are sure to enjoy dinner night at home when it's prepared in this home's beautiful chef's kitchen! The well-appointed kitchen also includes a large island with seating for 6, in addition to the dining room table that seats an additional 6! Also, on the first floor of the home, you will find a guest bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to one of the home's large screened-in porches. For the adventurers, this home is within short walking or biking distance of the WaterColor Boathouse (kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard rentals), the WaterColor Tennis Center, and the WaterColor Frog Pool (a 29-yard heated lap pool).
