Bedroom #3 (The Primary Suite) is configured with a King bed, pullout sofa bed, and en suite. The en suite features a large vanity with dual sinks and a dual standup shower.
The 4th Bedroom is located in a detached studio above the garage and is decked out with a King bed, 2 Twin beds, a TV, private bathroom, and kitchenette. The studio bathroom also has a standing shower.

In addition to the 2 private en suites, a half bath and an extra full bathroom with shower/tub combo are fully stocked to serve guests.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Austin that is minutes from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. Start your day off with a scenic walk at the Town Lake Hike & Bike Trail, steps away from the home. This is a lovely walking trail (10-mile loop) that offers gorgeous views of the Colorado River and Austin skyline. The sought-after “Greetings from Austin” Mural is about 3 miles away and can be reached by foot, scooter, bike or car. In the warmer months, enjoy a day at Barton Springs and do as the locals do by swimming, or enjoying a nice picnic.
