The house was set up very well for multiple families and was super cute. To be aware that even though the ad says you can see the Disney fireworks, they are very far away over the horizon and barely visible.

Great location to the clubhouse and entrance. You can see the tops of the top half of the faraway WDW fireworks. The house itself was nice. The negatives for us were there are tons of trundle beds, but no bedding at all for any of them. The teflon pot and pans are so scratched up and the handles are falling off, which is extremely dangerous. There is no food storage at all for leftovers- pack accordingly. Before our stay owners were very responsive . During our stay I asked about extra bedding on Sunday and did not hear back until Thursday when I texted again because we had an ant problem in the Harry Potter bedroom. They were very responsive on that day and sent someone out. The ants were coming from outside by the pool area up the wall, which I understand… things happen. One of the king bedrooms has a large walk in closet but no dressers at all. You have to live out the suitcase. Again not a deal breaker. I did not pay to heat the pool which in turn does not heat the hot tub spa. It was worded as heating the pool so I didn’t realize it was the stje spa as well- my fault. But just be aware you can’t have one heated without the other. I would return to Windsor Island again. We had no problems with the traffic at all. Once you have your pass, you come and go as you please. The lazy river is amazing. The bottom of the walk-in side of the pool was slimy. I slipped so just be careful of little ones running.

House is very nice but it lacks necessities (for a 4 night stay with 8 guests) like tissues, sufficient dish detergent, towels, bars of soap, garbage bags salt/pepper, blankets for living rooms. House pool was nice. Clubhouse pool was overcrowded. 10am is too early for checkout (requested late checkout was unavailable). A few things in the house were broken like shades on sliding doors, living room swivel chair.

Sweet 16 Disney Birthday Celebration

We had a great stay with our twin 16 year old daughters, and their grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Super clean! We would definitely stay again! We loved the Disney themed rooms. It wasn’t tacky or over the top.

Overall nice stay and good location

The house overall was great with lots of room and places to sleep for everyone! Some small maintenance issues had to get taken care of but nothing that interfered with our stay. We did have some cleaning issues as well main one being the oven had been sprayed with cleaner but never wiped out, luckily we noticed before cooking. Outside area was great and relaxing and we did rent the grill which was a great add and super easy!

Good size for large family

Get house and property for large families House has most things needed, but would've appreciated a few common necessities like salt and pepper or scissors for opening all those Disney toys we bought!

One week stay

The house we stayed in was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The overall complex however is why I have not given our stay 5 stars. The gate area to enter/exit the property is a major hazard. The line waiting to get in, while on a main road with considerable traffic felt like my life was endangered every time, entering or exiting. Also, the clubhouse area/water park is too small for the size of the property. It was always overly crowded and never a place to sit. For these reasons we will never visit this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family enjoyed a very nice time together at this location. The home was clean and generally in very good condition. There were a few items that need to be added to the kitchen: corkscrew, measuring spoons, more teaspoons (we only had 5), bigger, non plastic serving bowls, a big pot for boiling water for pasta, and upgraded pots and pans. Other than that, there were plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, and wine glasses. We were glad we opted to heat the pool and hot tub because everyone enjoyed them!The property managers handled a couple issues very promptly, and were very accessible.The only real problem at this property is getting in to the development, especially on the first day when ou have to check in. We were in line for at least a half hour, and unfortunately that really didn’t change every time we had to re-enter. We ordered food and the suppliers had to sit in the same line (while the food got cold). For future deliveries we had to go to the gate and meet them. This is a problem that the property managers have to figure out.

We had the absolute BEST trip!! The house is wonderful and just as described. Clean and nicely furnished. We loved the pool and hot tub and having a bathroom right there to go straight to the shower afterwards. The only complaint at all is the communication with the office. They text multiple times with check out info several days before check out and contradicting messages. Otherwise it was a great trip

Perfect home and location

The home was very cozy and comfortable with high end luxury accommodations for our family vacation. 4 adults and 5 year old. Themed rooms, this home was all true to how it is shown in the pictures. Pool and hot tub were great to come home to after a long day at the parks. The gated community and presence of security was comforting. The blinds didn’t retract on the slider to the pool. So we used the door in the Master Ensuite to get to the Lanai. Didn’t mark down because it really didn’t affect our stay. Overall amazing home and location to Parks, Restaurants & Shopping.

There were a couple things that were annoying, but I would still stay again: The process to get a parking pass felt unnecessarily long. Perhaps having all guest with cars preregister and allow one person to pick up all passes would make it a quicker process. Additionally, the internet was terrible. It was inconsistent which made it difficult to watch television since the tv required internet. In a house this big that sleeps so many people, you have to anticipate heavy internet usage.

Weekend Golf & Disney Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the home and all of the amenities that it has to offer. After the golf and Disney trips were finished for the day we enjoyed evenings outside by the pool. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the furnishings for our small evening meals.We would certainly stay at this home again.

Amazing Vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very please from the moment we walked into the beautiful clean and modern home! It was perfect for me and my family! The pool and hot tub was also amazing! I recommend to always get the heated pool because the water stayed perfect day and night! The club house amenities were awesome. We enjoyed every minute! The stay wears friendly and there was always someone available by text or email with any questions. We will definitely stay here again!! We loved it!!!
