Newly constructed and furnished Penthouse condo in 2020 with breathtaking views. Located in the center of everything Dillon: one block from the lake, marina, restaurants, pubs, bowling & ice cream! Two blocks from the Amphitheater. Modern unit with the latest technologies. Wonderful for relaxing! Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

LAYOUT OF CONDO: Condo is on two levels (stairs within condo) located on the 3rd floor of building. There is an elevator from the garage and lobby.
THE FIRST FLOOR includes the kitchen, dining room/living room, the bunk room with attached full bath that also opens on to the living room, so that it may be used by anyone in the unit. Also on this level is a Queen bedroom with a full, private bath attached. The washer/dryer and coat closet are across from the kitchen.
The grill is on the balcony overlooking the lake, mountains and town. Also on the balcony is a table that seats 4 for outdoor dining.
THE SECOND FLOOR has the master suite with private bathroom and a game loft at the top of the stairs.
There is private ski/bike storage in the garage, with 2 assigned parking spaces.

Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Sail Lofts is just a free shuttle ride (<100 yds) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.5 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

Convenient Location, Modern condo!
Had a very nice stay at this condo for a late-spring ski trip. The condo is conveniently located to area ski resorts, the main town area of Silverthorne, all within the small community of Dillon. The condo is more spacious in person than the pictures. All amenities were modern, clean, and in good working order. The heated garage is large and clean, with easy access to the elevator and luggage cart. The views from the living room/dining room area are spectacular - mountain and lake vistas to experience the ever-changing weather in the Rockies. One tip - you may want to pack earplugs to sleep if you intend to keep windows open on Friday/Saturday nights. The condo overlooks the end of "main street" in Dillon where up-street loud late night revelers and noisy cars/motorcycles (including 2AM peel-outs) may disrupt your sleep. The small grid-like layout of the immediate streets/area seems to amplify the sound. Communication from the property management were accurate, timely, and comprehensive. I would not hesitate to re-rent the property or work the management team for future travels to the Dillon area.

Great property
The property was comfortable, clean, and had amazing views. The beds were comfortable and the property had almost everything that we needed. The only thing that would be a nice addition is amenities for younger children like a few plastic dishes and a travel crib/ high chair. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!
